Spent our new year's eve here and it was a great experience. The rooms were very clean and had a good size, with basic toiletries provided. One of the best aspects was the location as it was opposite a hypermarket and there were many parking lots available, even on weekends. A bonus was the water dispenser in the lobby which was very handy.
There were a few disappointments. there was no private parking available and we had to park in public carparks by the roadside.

Our recent stay was awesome! the room was spacious and clean, and the electronic devices worked perfectly. the location was very strategic, just behind a well-known grocery store. the hotel also provides easy parking on the nearby public car parks.
The parking process needs to be improved. the hotel staff promised us to place a parking coupon on our car, but they forgot.

The location of Hi Star Hotel is excellent, with easy access to various tourist spots and nearby shopping options. The room was spacious and easy to navigate. The staff at the counter and the room cleaner were friendly and accommodating. The sheets and towels provided were clean and comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located close to my workplace.
One drawback was that the room had a strange smell, like rexona, which was not very pleasant. It would be helpful if they could improve the odor inside the rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. We loved the fact that the hotel was located close to a shopping mall and a big supermarket. Parking was also very easy, and the hotel facilities were great. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in this city.

The hotel's location is perfect! It's very close to Econsave supermarket, making it easy to buy necessities. There are many activities nearby, giving visitors plenty of things to do. the hotel's rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy.
The hotel's parking situation was handled ineptly, leading to an avoidable parking ticket.
